Watching Our Little Girl Grow...

Lilypie First Birthday tickers
Kaylin Rose Snyder born on 01/01/11 at 7:23pm. She weighed 8lbs 4.5oz and measured 20 inches long. Nothing could have ever prepared me for how much I would love my daughter. I thought I knew what love was when I got pregnant with her, but that was nothing compared to how I now feel. You can't really ever describe what it feels like to become a mother, it's just so amazing. I'm truly blessed to have this little girl and can't imagine my life without her.

Kaylin's check up.

She is growing right on track says the doctor. This makes me so happy! I'm glad despite my issues that she seems to be one healthy kid. She seems to take after her dad when it comes to health. :) She is in the 50% for both height/weight and 70% for her head. She is also developing on track and the doctor isn't concerned with her at all. YAY!

She got vaccinated as well and did great! She is such a strong little girl :) No issues with getting shots and stuff like her mom! Unfortunately me seeing her get a shot bothers me. She cried/fussed for a few seconds then was fine.. I however was balling like crazy. I felt so bad for her. :( Now she has a low fever and is super sleepy but it's okay because that just means extra Mommy love! Right now she's asleep on my chest all snuggled up. I LOVE it! Time's like this make every problem I currently have seem so small.

I'm just so happy to have a healthy baby. She's perfect :)

Other news:
I have gallbladder issues and will be getting an ultrasound soon. Once my doctor has the results we'll discuss surgery more. We're hoping if I stick with a diet change that it can help. I have had attacks when not eating fatty/spicey foods which makes him think it may need to come out but we wont jump to that unless necessary. I'm not worried since I know this is a very routine surgery. Just don't want to get it done if I don't NEED to. This all will be addressed after my thymus problem is figured out and resolved.
